The 6-Month Curriculum Roadmap

Each month focuses on a core theme designed to equip individuals, youth, and families with spiritual anchors, emotional wisdom, and practical habits.

March • Month 1

Reclaiming Your Story

Identity & Overcoming Stigma

Breaking the silence of trauma and mental health battles. Discovering that a diagnosis or past failure does not define your future.

"For I know the plans I have for you... plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11
April • Month 2

Resilience Through the Seasons

Faith in Hardship

How to keep your spiritual and emotional anchor steady when external circumstances, health, or environments shift drastically.

"The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land." — Isaiah 58:11
May • Month 3

The Power of Creative Renewal

Art, Music & Outlets

Harnessing visual art, song creation, and quiet writing as divine tools for processing deep trauma and finding internal balance.

"He has put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God." — Psalm 40:3
June • Month 4

Discipline & Personal Comebacks

Health, Habits & Ownership

Replacing bad habits step-by-step, taking radical personal responsibility, and building physical and spiritual endurance.

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7
July • Month 5

Digital Wisdom & Healthy Boundaries

Guarding Your Mind

Setting healthy online boundaries, avoiding public reactions during crisis, and choosing quiet, offline healing.

"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." — Proverbs 4:23
August • Month 6

Graduation & Community Commissioning

Advocacy & Mentorship

Commemorate your healing journey. Formally receive a diploma or certificate. A final communal commissioning where participants are sent forth as ambassadors for healing.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." — Matthew 28:19-20
